Marketing Management Analytics announces major expansion to marketing effectiveness team with thirteen new hires
Former Cadbury Schweppes Marketing Executive Appointed SVP, Account Management



Wilton, Conn., November 16, 2006 -- Marketing Management Analytics, Inc. (MMA), www.mma.com, the pioneer and innovator in marketing effectiveness, today announced the appointment of John Manuli as Senior Vice President, Account Management as part of a continuing expansion of its analytics team. MMA is an independent operating unit of Carat, one of the world's leading media services companies.

The appointment is effective immediately.  In addition, MMA has added 12 other people to the firm, including Michael Bertie, a former Marketing Corporation of America consultant, to manage the growing demand for its analytical and return on investment (ROI) marketing and consulting services. These include its Avista by MMA Decision Support Service (Avista DSS), launched in July 2005.

“John Manuli is a formidable addition to our MMA team. His more than 20 years of analytical experience including strategic, tactical and management oversight will prove extremely valuable to our clients,” said John Nardone, Chief Client Officer of MMA.

Manuli, 52, of Norwalk, Conn., comes to MMA from Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages, Rye Brook, NY, where he served as Director of  Marketplace Analytics. John was previously Senior Vice President, Research and Development at MMA from 2000 to 2002, after the company acquired Applied information for Marketing (AIM).  He held various senior level positions at AIM between 1992 and 2001, and was Chief Development Officer at the time of the acquisition.  John also served as Vice President, Analytic & Testing Services, at Nielsen Marketing Research, Westport, Conn., and as Vice President, Client Services, at Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), Darien.  He has worked extensively in the areas of price promotion modeling and household panel analytics.

Bertie, 35, of Trumbull, Conn., appointed Manager, Client Services Analytics, previously worked as a Strategic Marketing Consultant for Marketing Corporation of America, Westport, Conn., and as Director of Web Content and Product Development for RSN in Portland Maine, a multimedia company with television and web affiliates nationwide. He has 12 years of marketing experience.

In addition, MMA has hired 11 other mid-to-entry level analytics professionals to support growing business.
